Hi, I went to Wellington Hotel on 7th avenue in New York City with my mother for my 18th Birthday, When we arrived we were told they had no confirmation that we had booked here, however after about 10 minutes they realized they had booked the room in my mothers name rather than my name, because of the inconvenience to use they upgraded us to a huge room on the top floor with fantastic views of NYC.

9. When we arrived we were informed that the hotel was overbooked due to flight cancellations and that we had to stay in the Blakely hotel across the road for our first night only, due to the inconvenience caused they upgraded us to a queen room the next day.
