1. All in all a good hotel, it did remind me a little bit of Fawlty Towers, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with the room itself, apart from the fact it was a little dated as mentioned before.

3. If you are planning on spending your days seeing the sites and are looking for a clean, comfortable room and friendly, accommodating staff, you can't go wrong with the Wellington.

4. On arrival we were given the wrong room due to overbooking and had to spend the first night of our 3 night stay in a small room which was not suitable for our party.

5. Hotels room in New York are just a place to sleep not to stay, otherwise you have chosen the wrong city to visit.

8. This is a typical old city centre hotel, great location but a little tired due to vast amounts of visitors and we can not all be wrong.

The bathroom really is ridiculously small and I accidentally flooded the floor once when the shower curtain blew the wrong side of the bath :-(Towels are white and reasonably fluffy, there's some nice shampoo and lotion and the shower was efficient - apart from blasting the curtain over the edge.
