Most of our time after this was spent out on our check out day we left our bags in the hotel then returned the lobby was very busy again people checking in and out while we waited for the airlink service one lady came down to complain about her room again it was the same rude man i had spoke too he seemed to be mocking her to me then she lost her temper and he seemed to change his attitude as everyones attention was on them , he told her to pack her bags and he woul send a bell boy up to move them when she was ready 15 mins later he and a bell boy waiting for the lift mocking the lady they were about to go move .

6. Ripped off by a taxi at the airport we ended up paying 135 dollars after been quoted 63 plus tolls ? Get to the hotel and checked in it was very busy but were dealt with quite quickly but the receptionisnt was quite rude at the time she wouldnt give us our key cards and said we had to get a bell boy to show us to our room we didnt need one as only had two small bags i explained this and we just wanted to get to our room but no we had to stand around waiting while others were given there key cards so i eventually went back and pointed this out so she reluctanly gave them to us , we got to the room what a dissapointment we could smell the foistiness from the corridor opened the door and small is an understatement .

7. 30 am to report it and asked to be moved the next day the man this time was very rude and just said the whole buiding makes that noise every room is the same pack your bags and leave them with the bell boys before 12 if you must then we ll see if theres another room is everything ekse ok with it i told him no its very shabby n dirty to say the least , went back to the room we could stand it no more so went for a walk my husband then decided we should stay put if all the rooms were the same what was the point .

9. My wife and i stayed in the Wellington fro 4 nights from 30th Jan, i was a bit worried about the hotel due to some reviews on here like dirty rooms and rude staff which i can tell you it all crap .
