1. The rooms are fine, bathrooms ok (not too big not too small), and everything looks like clean and well kept.

3. As I removed the bedding to replace it ( the fresh bedding was not only too small, not ironed and also had hairs on it) I discovered that the quilted mattress protector had a urine stain on it.

8. The room was perhaps 10' by 12', the bathroom had not tub and the shower was babout 3' by 3'; the rest of the bathroom was about 6'by 3' at most, and frankly was a little too small to close the door comfortably - and I am not a large person.
