2. The carpet is very tired, there are very few outlets in the room for the modern traveller who needs to charge electronic devices, and the heating/cooling system in the entire hotel was ridiculous.

The bathroom really is ridiculously small and I accidentally flooded the floor once when the shower curtain blew the wrong side of the bath :-(Towels are white and reasonably fluffy, there's some nice shampoo and lotion and the shower was efficient - apart from blasting the curtain over the edge.

5. The lifts in this building are ridiculous for the volume of people using them, and on no less than 4 occasions did other guests (and once staff) rudely comment on us for having the temerity to call the lift to get to the lobby.

6. Also worth a mention is the brilliant pay-per-view-movies that the hotel provides, they had great up to date films and a they weren't ridiculously expensive to get (no more expensive than going to the cinema)I would geuninely recommend this hotel for the location, service, rooms and price.
