Positives:Helpful Staff and Concierge - they know how to get you where you are going and bend over backwards to help you get there - Bliss Spa on site - after spending days pounding the pavement in LA - it's an amazing treat to have a Bliss Spa in the hotel to relax with a massageWhiskey Blue - always fun to have a 'trendy' space at your hotel to 'relax' among the pretty LA people - it is a fun clubNegatives:Location: Westwood is a little far outside of 'downtown' LA - so it makes it difficult to navigate to the Sunset Strip or Staples Center areas on a whim, however, you are close to Malibu and Venice BeachNoise: Like I mentioned - this is a 'trendy' hotel - so the noise and crowd factor can be a little overwhelming at times in the common areas and the pool - small price to pay thoughGood hotel - I would recommend for a stay in Los Angeles.

3. The rooms are all suites, and although the living area was very roomy, the king bed was so close to the wall, it was difficult to get around between the bed and the flat screen TV hanging on the wall.

6. I had brought my family along on a business trip and the front desk gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Fabulous Suite which amazed and impressed my teenage daughters (a VERY difficult task.

9. Stayed here for business trip, nice room , though the whole hotel has a feeling of style over substance, for example while the desk in my room looked great it was very difficult to work at, ended up using the rooms coffee table.
