3. eg- helped us with the thermostat personally every night-concierge was above and beyond (followed up to see how we liked our sightseeing, printed directions without us asking, etc)-parking attendants were very friendly, and got to know us after 2 daysNotes-parking is $28/day; pricey, but its LA and parking is tough in the area (need a nieghborhood pass)-free water from the parking guys, dont need to pay for it at the hotelOverallWhat you'd expect from a W: stylish, comfortable hotel with excellent service in a great location.
