1. At night, the ground floor has a bar with probably the worst DJ I could ever imagine spinning Destiny's Child and some other garbage.

Pool in reality is muuuch smaller than shown on their website and worst of it all, the walls throughout the building are paper thin and most guests seem to be teens and twens who share (officially or inofficially) share their rooms with three four others in order to afford them and then make use of that by partying all night- very classy.

3. I can get that at Comfort Suites :-/ The door at the bottom looked like a dog had chewed it to death and WORST of all, the pull out 'couch' ( i use that term lightly) was like paper and sagged in the middle.

5. This is the worst 'rip-you-off' hotel I have experienced for a long time, and would not be surprised if they install meters next year so guasts pay for toilet paper to be dispensed.

First, when booking they told me they didnt have any standard room so I had to pay extra points to book a higher category, when arriving at the W hotel, the tall blond guy (its a W hotel, its standard) was rude and didnt acknowledge my requests, as a Platinium member I didnt have any upgrade, rather, I had one of the worst views, facind the inner courtyard.

10. In all, the bathroom was the worst part: the tub had a very slow drain, so I showered standing in dirty water, the light on the makeup mirror (which would have been a welcome touch) was broken.
