1. There are certainly a few negatives - noisy and very chaotic on weekends, too many hipsters, and they just can't seem to fix their A/C problems.

4. Old windows are also not double glazed and the room was noisy - we heard traffic , pool noise, gardeners working all day and night despite being mid-lvel in a largely residential neighborhood.
