1. Cons to room: We had shower issues, and the TINY TINY TINY supplied hairdryer overheated and when they brought me a new one it was much larger and they couldn't believe the room still had the tiny 'old' one.

9. I brought all of this to the attention of the front desk attendant at the time, Heather, and she was more than helpful and was very willing to fix any of the issues that I had by moving me to a new room.

10. I had an 8am appointment so I would be OK, but really? The hotel seems to have major plumbing issues becaue the drains were clogged the last time I was there and the sink was still pooling water.
