4. I had a small problem getting a light bulb replaced in the room (it took a call to the front desk, then two follow-up calls on their part to see if it had been done before it was actually accomplished), but I don`t consider a burnt-out bulb to be a big problem, so fixing it right away wasn`t something that irritated me.
