10. The good:*Nice view*Good location*Very friendly staffThe bad:*Not kid friendly - The art deco style allows for sharp corners and glass at head heightThe ugly:*Elevator got stuck - Center elevator would go up to the 8th floor and stop (after a few minutes and by pressing all the buttons we got back to the lobby)*Internet slow - snails pace (at $15 per day, living in the days of the carrier pigeons would be faster)*Valet not knowledgeable - where's Pauley Pavillion from here, we asked? Neither valet had any idea, but the car was pulled out on time (for $35 per night they should be prompt)*Shower - the shower door had no method to retain the water and it ended up all over the bathroom floor *Lighting switches lamp by lamp - if you can believe it each light is turned on/off separately*Phone programming - you guesed it (not programmed so you have to contact the operator to be redirected every time)*No place for make-up when standing at the sink (so my wife wasn't happy) *Over priced food - salads $15 to $17, burger $20 (salads were ok, but otherwise very disappointing) $12 for 6 cookies and they were stale*Smoking - everyone that needs to smoke does so outside the front door (yes, it blows back inside)But for the location and friendly staff, I would definitely look elsewhere.
