1. The managers on staff are gruff and annoying though.

2. the only slight downside to our stay was there were not enough Jazz clubs on the street which is nothing to do with the hotel just a little annoying, but the hotel had Jazz playing so that helped, our stay could not have been more comfortable thanks Royal Sonesta.

3. Housekeeping did come late in the day, which annoys me in general, but at any rate, it was done when we came in for the evening.

5. (How do you fit 2 adults and 2 kids in a single queen bed?) The woman who checked us in was trying to antagonize me and didn't offer a room substitute until I got very annoyed.

8. Initially I was really annoyed with this hotel -as valet is apparently in the back of the hotel not right on Bourbon street (other pointers get there early they close the street at night) but luckily this turned out to be a great place to stay.
