1. I am sitting in the hotel right this very minute wondering why people complained about it not being updated, dirty, or the staff being rude.

2. I would stay at the Royal Sonesta again ( I really do not have anything bad to say other than Tommy the bartender is awful/and rude and we had to have the keys programed several times during our stay), but I think I would stay at the Hotel Monteleone in the future.

He was very rude, and told me that he didn't even get free parking, I showed him my receipt with the cruise special code, and he told me that was just for the room rate, instead of checking on this, I was told that if I didn't have anything that specifically said anything about free parking I would have to move my car or pay for the upcoming 5 nights.
