The room also had a minbar, with all the usual
overpriced
items (I did not see any vending machines in the hotel).

The hotel has two restaurants -- the Begue, which is
overpriced
and not open for dinner, and Desire, which faces the cacaphony of Bourbon Street and does not feel connected to the hotel in any way.
