2. There was another minor inconvenience of the room card not working one day, which was fixed immediately by the front desk staff, again no biggie, but just justifying my rating.

7. At check in they had a slight problem finding our reservation, it took like one minute and we were not even bothered but they decided to give us concierge level due to the 'inconvenience'.

The only draw back here was the room itself, it was small and plain and had a broken window that they duct taped as a repair(tacky for a exclusive hotel) Also didnot like the fact that there was no in room coffee maker, we had to go down to the coffeee shop every morning to get coffee ( expensive and inconvenient for a week stay) The hotel itself was beautiful though and the staff was fantastic.
