1. One thing to expect though, response time of the staff was a bit slow.

2. (The male cleaning supervisor was very loud directing what to do)Front desk check in was a little slow but I think it was because there was a very demanding customer checking in that basically took so much time that the other check in clerk checked in three people in the same time.
