1. this was our first trip to New Orleans and loved the Royal Sonesta Hotel except the horrible staff/treatment at the coffee shop, PJ's Cafe.

7. I'll say this - the location is great even though you have to deal with the traffic and madness of Bourbon Street on weekend nights; however, the horrible service we experienced the entire weekend did not make up for the location.
