We didn't mind the noise of the pool (we could hear people talking outside early in the morning and the
rowdy
bachelor party in the afternoon) but if you're sensitive to noise then I would recommend a room on the other side of the hotel.

If you want to visit New Orleans for other reasons, there are other wonderful boutique hotels located all around the French Quarter that may not house
rowdy
neighbors, who are ready to party all night.

Yes, it's noisy and you can hear music and
rowdy
crowds until late at night, but we anticipated this too.
