Staff was pleasant and helpful, food was good - we are Platinum members, so we only grabbed breakfast at the Regency Club - bagels, coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc. It seemed a bit smaller and more cramped than other Regency Clubs, but it was during the holiday season, so maybe it was just really crowded.
