1. You know how sometimes you stay at an expensive hotel, and there is one little thing that is broken, or dirty, or someone who isn't nice, and it spoils the whole experience? That won't happen at The Surrey.

2. I broke down in tears and felt sick at the thought that I had almost used a dirty washcloth and that the special hotel I had planned as a surprise for my boyfriend was turning into a nightmare.

3. When we got back to the hotel I hopped in the shower and as I grabbed the washcloth a dirty razor cap from the previous guest fell out of the shower.

4. The only disappointment I had was that I wanted to get mani/pedi done after a week in NYC I did feel bit dirty not that I'm saying the city is not clean but I just wanted to stay in and relax and get back home fresher.

6. The second bedroom/bathroom hadn`t been cleaned, there was trash/dirty dishes in the kitchenette, a dog dish and water bowl in the sitting room with dogfood spilled on the carpet, and trash on the floor of the sitting room and in a few of the closets.
