1. Housekeeping was erratic - sometimes the room was beautifully cleaned and maintained and we never say the, other times they would talk loudly in the corridor.

5. We stayed in this room for 3 out of the 4 nights and the reason I did not complain sooner was because my husband kept telling me 'we're in New York, it's going to be loud no matter where you are'.
