2. The 2nd flaw, which is the only one that really bothers me and might lead me not to return, is that the hotel seems to have entered into a pact with the devil in terms of their internet service provider.

3. Cafe Boulud, the hotel restaurant, is reputed in NY, but (flaw 1) kept us waiting a half hour for our hotel-booked table and 2) seemed to forget about our main course for about an hour.
