5. (Don't forget about the warm cookies :)) Check-out was good, someone had charged a bunch of drinks to our room from the lounge--NOT US--but they promptly corrected the bill.

6. To top it all, when I tried to complain to the manager about a suspicious item that 'mysteriously' appeared on my bill, there was nobody to talk to since 'all the managers were in a meeting for most of the day.

8. Fortunately, we noticed the total was higher than the items listed and our waiter had it corrected; because the drinks seemed to be a hidden cost, I would urge you to keep an eye on your bill.

9. If dining at Ginger's keep in mind it is on the expensive side, and for some peculiar reason, beverages (coffee and juice in our case) were added to the bill twice but only showed once.

10. Even with that issue, I can't complain too much, since the customer service representative took the internet charges off my final bill without hesitation when I mentioned it.
