1. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff we spoke to, the front desk is very efficient, housekeeping was excellent, but the real bonus for us was the concierge desk, their knowledge and friendly attitude really helped make our holiday.

8. In our recent visit, we were particularly impressed with Daniel at the front desk--he was the one wearing the rainbow antlers--I like staff members and a hotel who don't 't take themselves too seriously, especially around the December holidays.
