1. I would like to say a big thank you to Barbara on the concierge desk, she really made our trip as she helped us book an amazing restaurant and literally planned where to go and what to see, she is an asset to the hotel.

3. We didn't have much contact with the hotel staff other than when we arrived and checked out however we found them to be polite and friendly we cant comment on the restaurant and bar we never used them because there's so many places around the hotel.

5. I love the Doubletree Guest Suites because it is located in the heart of the NYC teatre and restaurant district, it is safe, clean, comfortable, and all rooms are suites - we get privacy and security.

9. The location is ideal, its in the middle of Time Square (we could watch the hustle and bustle from our window) and the service was great, we got good restaurant tips and warm chocolate chip cookies whenever we arrived back and came in from the freezing cold.
