1. Everything else was perfect - tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a kitchen area, wonderful housekeeping, awesome lobby barman, lots of smiles all around.

10. we used a comcast 4G and got excellent reception up in the room; didn't have to pay for internet in the room, however there is free internet in the lobby.
