3. For breakfast, I would recommend Pick-A-Bagel that is nearby, for a quick lunch, Shake Shack burgers are fantastic, and for dinner, John's Pizzeria is the one of the best pizza places around.

4. The concierge desk was extremely helpful and friendly, recommended a restaurant for dinner reservations when the original one mentioned didn't take reservations for under 6 guests.

5. We had a couple of great meals and had drinks at a couple good, laid back places as well (Becco was superb for a pre-theater dinner, Russian Vodka Room for quiet place to have drinks, and also the outdoor bar at the Hudson Hotel was very nice).

7. When we returned to our room from dinner on the first night, sitting on the coffee table was a little New York taxi made out of cake with fresh blueberries and strawberries surroun ding it.

The room had a stocked fridge with items for purchase including snacks, and also a separate fridge (in which we conveniently stored our leftovers from dinner) a microwave, a safe, and a mini coffee maker with free excellent coffee both regular and decaf, as well as teas and chocolate chip cookies.

10. We checked in a bit late so did not get much of a chance to use restaurant facilities but we orderd room service for dinner and the service was very prompt.
