Staff is friendly I call 2 times to have soap and extra towels brought to my room and the housekeeping people where knowing on my door within 5 minutes of my callConsYou have to show your room key to get into the hotel after 8pm, but that is understandable The closet is kind of small for 2 people The shower head is kind of creepy, not a luxury shower for a hotel Overall I will come back to this hotel is NYC first timers friendly, great value and location, clean, bed bug friendly staff , amazing check in and out and the warm chocolate cookie is a nice touch.
