1. The lobby is nice, but does not have the grand/classic/elegant feel that a lot of downtown Chicago hotels provide.

2. The concierge was helpful as well with some sightseeing recommendations and also assisted with dinner reservations in the area which is some of the best in downtown Chicago.

5. It's also close to the CTA and taxis queue right outside the front door making it very convenient to get around if you visiting places outside the downtown area.
