Will keep you to this Randy, I see in one of the replies he says it is a 'secure' car park, sadly not 'that' secure, on our last visit, our rental car had the number plate (licence plate) bent upwards by 90 degrees, not much, but annoying all the same, but we did not mention it, when we took it back, the rental co, did ask, but we said we knew nithing about it, and must have been in a supermarket.

4. The other thing that annoyed me, and one of the reasons we went back to this Hotel, after the last trip, we had a letter saying that we would be given a free entry to UNIVERSAL, this latter was emailed back to them a couple of weeks before went, but the desk knew nothing, and the offer was never given to us.

5. The concierge was super hard to understand with her hard accent and wouldnt stop pushing us to get a town car instead of a cab (pretty annoying, she waisted 20 minutes of our time by refusing to get the cab and pushing the town car.

6. Probably the only annoying thing is no free wi-fi in rooms and the cost of car parking but overall we where happy with our stay.
