4. We did this mistake and was charged $29 per minute (and that was in LA), first and second call was not going through so at the end they bill us with $160, and when we went to ask the front desk the lady was so rude and unfriendly, i wish i could remember her name but instead of helping us she ignored us and said she cant do anything.
