It was a little of a schlep to get to our room but no
big deal
, i really wanted the balcony and i think this section was the only ones that had them- they do have rooms in their main tower so not sure if those were different.

Having a shuttle is not a
big deal
you can always walk to Universal studios which is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Only thing that i could possibley say bad about the hotel, which isnt much of a

, is that the lifts could be quite slow because of how busy the hotel is.

We missed the shuttle every time we wanted to go to City Walk or Universal Studios, but it`s a short walk so it wasn`t a
