1. The reason I like this hotel is the flow and layout, its very nice and bright inside and even though there were 3 conferences there, it was a nice busy not a chaotic busy, I never saw anyone ever complaining at the front desk and generally everyone seemed happy, I think 'THE VOICE' contestants or some people related to the show are staying there, and on several nights the hotel is sold out, as 3 people were turned away whilst I was drinking at the bar.

2. The other patron had complained, how they didn't have a lot of money, because my check bill was 4 times what they should have paid.

3. We were also told that we should be grateful for having the balcony as people who were higher up were always complaining it was too hot and the air conditioning did not work - at least we were able to cool the room down via the badly fitting windows.

5. In the morning my wife noticed that there was a portible fan in the closet which leads me to believe other tourists had complained about it being too hot and our discovery was too late to help us.

6. we booked 3 nights online, I have 2 adult children , they gave us a room with 2 dbl beds ;my son the football star had to sleep on floor first night,tiny ,dinky rooms , veiw was of back of hotel### ---that not all---during first night & every night we were there the fire alarm went off announcing ---PLEASE EVACUATE-- yea--after the first night they changed our room & gave us comp breakfast-- well this alarm went off every night we stayed there--- moma here was soooo pissed by chekout , wen I complained at fr.
