3. The concierge was super hard to understand with her hard accent and wouldnt stop pushing us to get a town car instead of a cab (pretty annoying, she waisted 20 minutes of our time by refusing to get the cab and pushing the town car.

4. It was the last day of our stay and it was the middle of the night - it wan't that big of a deal (although it was a little hard to sleep) so we didn't bother calling the front desk.
