5. So we walked down the hall as that was the directions given, saw rooms and figured it was the wrong way so turned around before getting to the elevator.

8. When I checked in, I was told the renovations were taking place two floors above, not directly above, but that was obviously wrong.

9. My husband and I along with our 2 children were coming down the elevator to go to the pool and found that we arrived at the wrong floor and as the door opened the bellman pushed his way in with this huge cart and pushed the button before we could, so that the elevator went up instead of down.
