1. The only downside was the elevator issues, but not a big deal.

Since we arrived early from Australia our room wasn't ready at 8am but the staff rushed around and were fantastic and let us in early, They could not have been more amazing, Bed was a great size and view was good, so close to walk up to city walk and having the blue line hop on hop off bus outside was AWESOME, Only downside the starbucks in lobby, could've been the worst coffee I have ever had, but can not fault Sheraton universal Hotel.

4. Our room had a huge balcony and bed, the only downside was the really small (caravan like) bathroom.

5. The only other downside was that the heat is controlled by the outside temp so you can not turn on the heat in your room unless it is cold enough outside.
