1. The only small negative issue was the air condition which was not powerfull enough for our taste.

Other negatives include untimely delivery of room service breakfast when ordered the night before, not reading breakfast card to not include certain items because they cause extreme allergy and could cause medical emergency, high speed wireless is a joke, some rooms have air conditioning while others don't, gift shop hours vary depending on when they decide they want to close despite hours posted in hotel guide.

6. I only had 3 negatives ~ (1) no fridge in the room (2) our room faced the road and freeway so it was very, very loud at night (2) the restaurant was very expensive for breakfast and nothing was open in Universal City.

7. I suspect that easy access to restaurants up the hill on City Walk has had a negative effect on food services at the Sheraton Universal.
