3. I had a hard time getting used to the bed, and the pillows were atrocious springy things that were more akin to balloons (providing lots of support if you want to sit propped-up, but awful for resting one's head) and would have liked to have slept a bit longer once asleep.

6. Walking into the foyer i was bright eyed and in awe of how beautiful it was , gorgeous modern decor (yes there is a 'but' coming, but only a little but) the staff were so warm and friendly, not overly obnoxious and so very helpful.
