1. When we booked out receptionist was rude and when i asked for a receipt for refund I, was told i was charged for a phone call down to reception, when i answered that i phoned down to reception because we had no towels left in the room, then she shrugged her shoulders.

5. When i got there the front desk staff was rude and didn't even ask me for an ID just for the credit card and gave me the keys, he didn't even guide me where i had to take the elevator until i ask him.

Me and my partner stayed here for our honeymoon as we wanted to explore new york for our honeymoon rather than a beach holiday, emailed the hotel prior to staying and explained it was for our honeymoon and we was worried on reviews-i had an email back saying they would try and get upgrade,once you arrive at the reception its lovely,very modern and clean, but staff on reception are so rude, they just ask for name in an un welcoming mannor then ask for a credit/debit card.

8. Everything formidable, reception was bit rude i personally felt, but my wife felt that was just the general newyorker way - so i give it to yea, may be just some twisted perception there from me ;-) I will certainly recommend it to others as a place to stay.
