1. So by the 5th complaint on the 3rd day, they solved a very simple issue that should have been fixed in minutes.

2. This time I caused a stink and he passed me on to another lady working at the desk who seemed quite surprised by this issue and said there should be 50-60, we can move you to another room.

3. Had it not been for this issue, I would certainly consider staying here when we visit New York again.

10. The only other issue with the room was that although our view wasn't great (next to a construction site), our windows were lacking actual curtains, and the existing blinds weren't effective in blocking light.
