1. A negative was that the hotel didn't offer free wifi, nor could you buy it in hourly increments.

2. A few negative points were that there was no fridge in the room, only an ice bucket - and the only ice machine was down on the ground floor (we were on the 5th floor) so it meant a trip in the worryingly slow lifts to get it.

4. )The only negative is that there is MAJOR construction - and it starts around 6:30/ 7 AM, so if you want to sleep in, it may be a problem.

7. - Although we did not drink in the bar, we visited the bar for a bucket of ice as the machine was out of order, if anything this was the only negative experience we had at the hotel, on two occasions the bar man was on the telephone and ignored our presence for a good few minutes before acknowledging us and dealing with our request.

9. Overall I found our stay very comfortable and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again especially as the renovation will soon be completed, overall a solid 7/10 please ignore the negative reviews.
