3. Again, probably not covered by the regulations, but someone should be interested in the poor image this company are providing of hotel standards in one of the most interesting cities in the world.

5. it was tiny, the air quality was horrible, I could not sleep between the heat and the freezing intervals caused by poor air conditioning and ventilation.
