1. The bathroom was cleaner than the main room (thank goodness) but I felt uncomfortable for the small amount of time I was in the room.

7. My colleague and I were in New York for a tradeshow and wanted a hotel that we could seek refuge in after a hard day of work- instead we found ourselves more stressed and uncomfortable.

We complained a few times about heat and also the horrible smell we kept getting from our bathroom, and i must say it was fixed as soon as we complained and eventually we had to get our heater switched off (you cannot contorl them yourself) and it was still uncomfortably hot and this was when it was -6 degrees celsius outside.
