1. As with any large city hotel there are the occasional problems but the staff is excellent at fixing any problem in a quick and effcient manner.

4. There is construction going on across the road but we never had any problems with noise (our room was facing into the internal courtyard) and the lifts are slow as some other people have mentioned.
