1. The room was small, again couldn't complain about that.

We did not complain about this because we were only staying one night, however, I would have been a bit upset if we were staying longer because for us it was not an upgrade, Also, we have never stayed in the city before, so we don't have much of a comparison, but the room was quite small, but perfect for a one night stay.

3. We were first assigned a shoebox of a room, but when we complained they bumped us up to a king size bed and much larger room with a view at no extra cost.

6. ) or some sort of generator was so loud even with window closed that i had to leave the windows closed, i had no hot water on the first night and a broken shower , i arrived late so i left it and in the morning the staff were very prompt in discounting the room for the night and got the shower fixed so i wouldn't complain about that, they were very helpful.

9. At first, they were going to give us a room with only ONE bed, for FOUR people, and after complaining how we were GUARANTEED 2 doubles by phone and online, they fixed it.
