3. I noticed that some of the main, reoccurring complaints were; construction inside the hotel, construction noise from outside, slow elevators, small rooms, bed bugs, unfriendly staff.

8. beds not comfy floor had a hole in it bathroom rusty toilet did not flush too small for 4 ppl drilling at 130 am and in elevator shaft creepy workers hotel is only half operational halls dirty lamps in hall cracked stairs dont work elevator takes forever dirty floor despicable service at front i left a rotten hamburger and sandwich in the stairs as payback for your awfful excuse for a hotel in nyc u even the bed bugs stayed away because it sucks and is dirty dont stay go to the hilton a few blocks u only pay 50 bucks more but it like 500 times better this place needs to be shut down by city inspectors u suck.
