1. We called when we were a few blocks away to ask about parking & were given vague directions to the parking garage, so we parked in the wrong garage which cost us more money.

3. Hotel has a funky, modernistic, southern European style decor, not particularly pleasing to this reviewer, but, as they say, if you're in NYC to stay in your hotel room you're in the wrong city.

6. I called the front desk, and they transferred me to the wrong tech support 3 times in a row; apparently, they didn't know the difference between their wifi provider and their cable TV provider.

7. There was nothn really wrong with the hotel just that it had an old little tv that was not cool and that's it room was nice and cozy room wasn't really big but it looked clean and looked very nice And don't mind stayn there again.
