3. The only downfall which is no fault of the hotel is the building work opposite the hotel front which caused some disturbance but as we were out all day we were'nt troubled too much.

6. First of all let me say that the hotel is undergoing a lot of renovation work which I'm told should be finished by May, as building work didn't start til 10am and finished at 6pm it hardly disturbed us at all except for the builders using one of the two lifts.
