1. There were stains on one of the duvets in the room, stains on the rug, water stains on the nightstand and the room just did not smell right.

7. We were given a room on the 4th floor & were greeted with the overwhelming smell of paint as soon as the elevator door opened.

The sink was slanted so the soap would not stay on the edge, water from the shower splashed everywhere because the only barrier is a plate of glass that goes half the width of the tub, no adjustment for air/heat, water barely came out of the shower head, the matresses were horrible, it smelled like someone was smoking in the bathroom off & on & someone was playing a trumped off & on all night.
